Terms of sale

Last updated 25 October 2026

In short
  • You buy a pack once, and your family keeps it.
  • Use it at home with your own children. Please don't share or resell the files.
  • Downloads are final once they start. If something is wrong, we'll fix it or refund you.
  • We're a DIFC company, so DIFC law applies. You also keep the consumer rights of the country where you live.

1. Who we are

Little Explorer Lab is part of TWin by ProsperityLab. The shop is run by ProsperityLab Technology Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DIFC commercial licence CL12992; registered office: IH-00-01-01-OF-01, Level 1, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). You can reach us at support@prosperitylab.ai.

2. These terms and your order

These terms apply when you buy or download a pack from this shop. Please read them, and keep a copy. They are in English, and the English version is the one that counts.

At checkout, you tick a box to accept these terms. That is how you agree to them, online. Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through and your downloads are ready.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy. The packs are made for children aged about 7 to 12, using them with a grown-up's help.

4. What you get

Each pack is a digital download: a ZIP file with an offline guide (a web page), Scratch project files, pictures and sounds. Every pack comes in three editions: Anywhere, UAE and India. The instructions are in English. There is nothing physical to send.

The pack's page in this shop says what each pack includes. You need a laptop or desktop computer, a modern web browser, and Scratch, which is free. Packs aren't made to be built on a phone or tablet.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD or AED: dirhams for families in the UAE, and US dollars everywhere else. Each is a one-time payment, with no subscription. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.

Stripe handles payment. We never see or store your card details. Your bank may add its own fee for paying in another currency. On your card statement, the payment shows as “PROSPERITY* LITTLE EXP”.

6. Delivery

Your packs are ready straight after payment, on your download page. We also email you the page's link.

Your download link works like a receipt: anyone who has it can download your packs. Please keep it within your family. Each pack can be downloaded up to 10 times with your link. If you need more, or you lose the link, write to us from the email address you bought with, and we'll send a fresh one.

7. Cancelling, and refunds

Because packs are downloads, you ask at checkout to get them straight away. You also agree that once downloading starts, you can't cancel just because you changed your mind. Before you download anything, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

If a pack is faulty, or isn't what its page described, we'll fix it or refund you. Our refund policy explains the details.

8. Your licence

The packs belong to us. Buying one gives your household a personal licence to use it at home. You can use it on as many of your own devices as you like, for as long as you like. You can print the guide for home use.

Each pack you download is made out to you. Your name and an order code appear in the guide, the START-HERE file and the Scratch files. A licence certificate in each download shows what the licence allows.

Your children can change and remix the games. With a grown-up's permission, they can share their own remixes, for example on the Scratch website. A remix may include some of the pack's pictures and sounds, and that's fine.

Please don't:

For a group licence, write to support@prosperitylab.ai. If these rules are broken, we may end the licence for the files that were shared.

9. Updates

We may fix mistakes or improve a pack after you buy it. Updates are free: just download again from your link. We don't promise to update packs, and we may change or stop selling a pack. A pack you've bought stays yours either way.

10. What the packs teach

The packs teach money ideas with pretend coins. They are general education for children. They aren't financial advice. Real prices, rules and fees vary from country to country.

11. Scratch and our characters

Scratch is free, and made by the Scratch Foundation. Little Explorer Lab is independent and isn't endorsed by the Scratch Foundation. Scratch's own terms cover your use of Scratch. Sprout and friends are characters from TWin by ProsperityLab, and belong to us.

12. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to make each pack correct, and to make it work in current web browsers and in Scratch.

We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't have expected. We also aren't responsible for problems caused by your device, your internet connection, or other software such as Scratch or your browser. For any order, the most we'll owe you is what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as our responsibility for fraud, or for death or injury caused by our negligence. Nothing here takes away rights that the law gives you and that can't be signed away.

13. If something goes wrong

Please write to us first at support@prosperitylab.ai. We reply within two working days, and most problems are quick to solve.

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the laws of the DIFC. The DIFC Courts can decide any dispute. Smaller claims can go to the DIFC Courts' Small Claims Tribunal, which is quicker and simpler.

If you buy as a consumer and live outside the DIFC, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live, where they can't be signed away. You can also bring a claim in your local courts, if those laws allow it.

14. Other things

If a court decides part of these terms can't be used, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. Only you and we have rights under these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Your order is covered by the terms you agreed to when you bought it.
